Digital product licence

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the delivered materials within one organization. Resale, public redistribution, credential sharing, or publishing the source materials is not permitted.

Technical responsibility

Scripts and guidance must be reviewed and tested in a non-production environment before use. Customers remain responsible for approvals, backups, security controls, change management, and decisions made in their environments.

Consulting engagements

Scope, assumptions, access requirements, deliverables, timing, and fees will be agreed in writing before project work begins. A consultation request does not itself create a services agreement.

Refund approach

Requests concerning an inaccessible or materially defective digital product will be reviewed promptly. Refund eligibility for downloadable products and consulting services will be stated clearly at checkout and in the applicable written agreement.

Privacy

The service will use account identity, contact details, order records, and consultation information only to provide the requested products and services, operate customer support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by this site.
